I posted a thread on arachnoboards about this!
It was unanamously decided thet eggs with legs is not an instar,
because it hasnt molted yet! it only molts for the first time
from egg wiyh leg to 1st instar! then the second molt is into a fully formed
spiderling! there is a exception to this rule with P maranda & one or
two of the other poecis! that go to 3rd instar before they fully formed!
schults & schults are wrong with that!( like a couple things)

And a spiderling doesnt undertake a molt from egg to egg with legs!
