Up till this morning:

P.ornata. Got a sac about 3 months or so ago. 95 healthy babies, of which most were given away to friends/sold. Kept 10 back including 6 in a communal.

P.fasciata. Had a successful sac around a month ago with 116 healthy babies. All sold/given away. Kept 10 back for myself including 5 in a communal.

C.huahini. Pulled the sac 2/3 weeks ago. Estimate around 150 eggs with legs. Moulted into 1st instars last week, and rehoused 150+ 1st instars this morning. All looking healthy.

P.striata. Pulled her sac last weekend. Around 60 healthy eggs with legs and around 10 that were bad. The eggs with legs are around 1cm long, so going to be big babies, which would explain the small sac size.

P.fasciata. Pulled my 2nd P.fasciata sac this morning. Around 70 healthy eggs with legs, with no bad eggs in the sac. currently in the incubator.

P.subfusca "dark form". Mated with saint's male. Layed a sac around 2 weeks ago. Will pull in the next week. Very small sac and the male was quite old, so hoping for the best.

P.regalis. Mated with scarab's male. Dropped a sac around a week and a half ago. Will pull around day 21. Sac isn't looking very "round", but still looking good, so hoping for the best.

P.regalis. Mated with raven's male. Dropped around a week ago. Will pull around day 21. The sac is about 5cm in diameter, so expecting big babies or lots of small one's if everything goes according to plan.

P.striata. Mated a few months ago. She is looking very good, so will start conditioning her in 2 weeks time or so.

H.maculata. Mated with eva's male around 3 weeks ago. Currently warming her up.

S.calceatum. Still feeding her up, but will start conditioning her in a few weeks time.

C.crawshayi (cant remember the new name at the moment) . Mated with Louwtjie's male. Currently warming and flooding her.

Just pulled and opened the subfusca sac after day 17. Opened it up so early just for incase some eggs go bad and maybe destroy the rest of the eggcase. Understandably they are still eggs, so no legs to be seen. they are a nice yellow colour, so all looks good. Looks like around 20 eggs. I have closed the sac up again and put in an incubator. Will open it up again in a week or so time and see if there is any progress.

I am super impressed that there are even 20 eggs. The female is only around 12cm legspan and the eggcase was only about the size of a R2 coin. Not all spiders have large amounts of babies per eggcase.

Congrates.!! Good luck with them
The greatest treasures are not gold, nor jewels, nor works of art. They can't be held in your hands, they are held within your heart. For worldly things will fade away as seasons come and go. But the treasure of true friendship will never lose it's glo..

P.striata have started moulting into 1st instars this morning. All looking good so far. Should be up and running in around a months time. Over 1cm, so should be some nice big babies.
