haha I underestimated my litle L.parahybana(Ls 3 cm) it gave me a nip when I was rehousing it, my finger got the pins and needles for 10 minutes and then it started to get better but my finger remained a bit swollen for about 6 hours It is even more agro than my P.regalis ot small H.lividum

Both my klugi and parahybana are miniature rugby players when it comes to taking food, their aggression and feed response only matched by my H minax. It's awesome to read a local bite report, and I'm glad it turned out to be relatively minor!

Cheers!

glad you are ok!

Most (if not all) Lasiodora's tend to be on the feisty side! To me its part of their charm.

Good to know it was not a serious bite and that you are ok.

Once again confirms that we should not take these marvels of nature for granted.

Brave little bugger.
At 3cm... wow.

My G pulchripes and B albopilosum slings regularly attack the brush I use to manipulate them, no way I will stick my fingers in there And they are not aggressive, probably just hungry.

My little 5cm P.cancerides is agro, always give me the treat posture and is only 5cm.
Going to be a handful when it gets older.
